Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in any Gnixar Academy program. By submitting an application or enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing enrollment in any Gnixar Academy program — whether via the Placement Track (ISA) or the Standard Track — you accept and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with enrollment. Gnixar Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility
To enroll in a Gnixar Academy program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification.
- Successfully complete Gnixar's interview and admissions process.
Gnixar Academy reserves the right to decline any application at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
3. Income Share Agreement (ISA) Terms
The Placement Track operates on an Income Share Agreement model. Key terms:
- No upfront cost — ₹0 is due at enrollment or during the program.
- Repayment trigger — repayment begins only once you are earning above ₹3.5 LPA (approximately ₹29,167/month gross).
- Repayment amount — 15% of your monthly gross income for a period of 24 months.
- Total cap — total ISA repayment is capped at ₹2,50,000 (two and a half lakhs). You will never pay more than this, regardless of income level or duration.
- Income pause — payments automatically pause if your income drops below the threshold (₹3.5 LPA). The 24-month repayment clock pauses accordingly.
- Not a loan — the ISA is not a loan, does not carry interest, and does not appear on your credit report.
A separate ISA agreement document will be provided and must be signed prior to program commencement. That document, together with these Terms, constitutes the complete ISA agreement.
4. Standard Track
Students who prefer the Standard Track pay an upfront program fee and incur no ISA obligation. The fee schedule, payment due dates, and any instalment options will be provided in your enrollment documentation. Standard Track students are subject to the same program conduct, academic integrity, and attendance requirements as Placement Track students.
5. Program Conduct
All students are expected to:
- Attendance — maintain a minimum attendance threshold as specified in your program handbook. Repeated absences without prior notice may result in academic review.
- Code of conduct — treat fellow students, instructors, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Academic integrity — all submitted work must be your own. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of work will result in immediate disciplinary action up to and including removal from the program.
6. Intellectual Property
All curriculum materials, lesson recordings, assessments, and proprietary frameworks provided by Gnixar Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Gnixar Academy Pvt. Ltd. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise these materials without prior written permission.
Projects and original work created by students during the program belong to the respective student. Gnixar Academy may request permission to feature student projects in marketing materials, which students may grant or decline.
7. Placement Support
Gnixar Academy provides best-effort placement support to all graduates, including resume preparation, mock interviews, and introductions to hiring partners. However, Gnixar Academy makes no guarantee of employment, a specific employer, a minimum salary, or a placement timeline. Placement outcomes depend on individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond our control.
8. Termination
Gnixar Academy reserves the right to remove a student from any program — without refund — for the following reasons:
- Serious or repeated violation of the code of conduct.
- Academic fraud, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of eligibility.
- Failure to meet Standard Track payment obligations after a reasonable cure period.
- Any conduct determined to be harmful to other students or staff.
Students who voluntarily withdraw remain subject to their ISA or Standard Track payment obligations as applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gnixar Academy Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your participation in any program. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Gnixar Academy in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
