Why we exist

The Indian education system is brilliant at producing degrees. It is not brilliant at producing job-ready professionals.

India produces over 1.5 million engineering graduates, 80,000 law graduates, and hundreds of thousands of data professionals every year. Yet hiring managers at top firms consistently report the same problem: candidates who arrive with credentials but without the applied skills the job demands from week one.

Gnixar doesn't replace your degree. It finishes the job your degree started — through tight cohorts, industry-active faculty, and a curriculum redesigned from scratch around actual hiring requirements.

And we back it with an ISA: you don't pay a rupee until you land a qualifying offer. That's not a marketing line. It's the mechanism that keeps our incentives honest.

Our placement team works your network, preps you for interviews, and stays in the loop until you sign an offer.

You pay from your new salary

Once you clear the income threshold, a fixed percentage of your salary goes to Gnixar — capped, time-limited, contractually clear.

Outcomes over enrollment

We measure ourselves by placement rates, not seat-fills. Every cohort size, curriculum change, and faculty hire runs through one question: does this improve where our graduates end up?

Practitioners only

Our faculty are engineers, lawyers, and data scientists who work at the companies you want to join — right now, not five years ago. There is no relevant theory from someone who has been out of the field.

Skin in the game

The ISA isn't a financial product. It's a declaration. When you don't pay until you're hired, every person in this building is obligated to get you hired. That alignment cannot be replicated with a flat fee.

Not a bootcamp transplanted from Silicon Valley. We built the curriculum around Indian hiring patterns, Indian interview formats, and Indian company cultures — because context is half the preparation.
